Sister City announced for Landline

The Imperial Theatre has announced that Saint John Landline ticket buyers will be walking the city with theatre goers from . . .
Whitehorse, Yukon Territory!

LANDLINE is a performance that takes place in two cities at once.

Each audience member listens to an audio guide and walks the city streets while conversing via instant messaging with a partner who is doing the same in Whitehorse.

The project uses the urban landscape as backdrop for the relationship forming between two strangers.

You book your chosen time and meet up at the Imperial Theatre to gather your instructions and the contact info for your city-mate.

Landline runs September 15, 16 and 17, 2017.

Time slots available for booking include:
Friday, September 15th – 7 pm to 8 pm
Saturday, September 16th – 4 pm to 5 pm and 7 pm to 8 pm
Sunday, September 17th – 4 pm to 5 pm and 7 pm to 7:30 pm
(Participants leave 10-15 min apart)

Call the Imperial Box Office if you’re having trouble booking a time slot at (506) 674-4100 Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.
