Miramichi Fishing Report for Thursday, September 1, 2016
Angling for Late August continues to be quite positive, particularly on the Main Southwest Miramichi. Rain Wednesday evening and Thursday should keep water levels and temperatures right for fishing. Depending on the amounts of rain, it may take a day or two for most pools to be fishable.
Retirement Celebration for Vito’s Marie-Mae is September 7th
After over 41 years of service, one of the region’s most beloved waitresses, Marie-Mae McLaughlin, will retire this month. There will be a retirement celebration on Wednesday September 7th beginning at 8 pm at Vito’s restaurant, 324 Rothesay Avenue.
