Saint John Rides@Rockwood Huge Success

Saint John‘s inaugural Rides@Rockwood Automotive Show happened the last weekend of September and was a tremendous success. The weather cooperated and Rockwood Park came alive with the sounds of hopped up hot rods and ground pounding muscle cars. Over 230 folks, not just from Saint John but from all around the province and even south of the border, brought their favourite ride to put on display.

The people of Saint John came out in droves to enjoy the Car Show and the musical entertainment provided by Hunter Sounds, Dave Myles band and Southern Comfort. The 17 vendors on site also reported they were very pleased with the turnout. Ten vehicles participated in the Burn Out Alley Competition sponsored by Pave-All NB Inc.

When all was said and done everyone had a great time and over $6000 was raised for the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue, P.R.O Kids, and TADD NB. Click to enlarge any of the photos below.
