The City of Saint John is thrilled to launch our Flash Ice Sale, offering surplus ice rental slots from December 24 to January 6 at special discounted rates.

Fresh ice time has just been released and history shows that more than half of the slots are snapped up quickly. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, family gathering, corporate event, or extra practice for your team, now is the time to secure your spot before they’re gone!

Flash Ice Hourly Rates (plus HST)

• Youth Not-for-Profit Groups: $80.89
• Adult Not-for-Profit Groups: $141.57
• For-Profit/Commercial Events: $183.85 Note: Tournaments and fundraisers are not eligible for Flash Ice pricing.

Booking Deadline: Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 12 noon ⏳ First come, first served — no holds!

Important Information

• Discount applies only to ice within the two-week window (December 24 to January 6)
• Bookings must be made by the hour
• Insurance coverage is required before confirmation (available through the City’s provider at a nominal cost)
