The City of Saint John has been notified that the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is advising the public of upcoming temporary full closures of the Saint John Harbour Bridge.

On Wednesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 23, a brief closure between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., lasting roughly 20 minutes will require full closure of the bridge for jacking operations.

As delays are expected, motorists are advised to plan travel in the area around this work. The department appreciates the public’s patience during this time.
