I was planning a larger family supper to be held at my boyfriends home celebrating his 65th yesterday. While planning I decided the meal would be pizza and garlic fingers , and remembered the Company I retired from ordering pizzas from Big Daddy’s over the years for special occasions and how good they were, and decided to order from Big Daddy’s . I initially sent a message to their Facebook page asking a couple of questions and was surprised that the owner Galen asked me to call him, which I did, and he was very helpful in helping me with choices and such. I placed the order a few days in advance. When I picked them up, i was greeted by a friendly smiling lady behind the counter along with the owner. The pizzas and garlic fingers did not disappoint, I had remembered correctly….they make the best, I also could tell especially by the smiles on everyone’s face at the table while enjoying them!
Having worked for many years in Customer Relations for many years for a multi National company, I recognize great customer service when I see it …and Big Daddys has it! During this pandemic it has made me that much more aware of supporting local New Brunswick and Canadian companies, Big Daddys is locally owned and I know I’ll be ordering from them in the future!
