Grocery Store Tour with the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick – Saint John Chapter and Sobeys

Together, The Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick – Saint John Chapter and Sobeys will be providing a Grocery Store Tour.

There will be dietitians on hand to help you navigate the grocery store.

They will be there to help you learn about what to look for in different areas to make better choices.
