<\/a>Mayor Don Darling and Members of Common Council are pleased to invite the public to our bestowing ceremony of the \u201cFreedom of the City\u201d, the City\u2019s highest honour, to our nine local Military Cadet Units.<\/p>\n

The ceremony will take place at the City Hall Plaza (foot of King Street in front of City Hall), on\u00a0Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. (1400 hours).
\n<\/strong>
\nMayor Don Darling and Members of Common Council are truly proud of these young men and\u00a0women for their dedication, hard work, leadership and commitment for being part of the Cadet\u00a0movement.<\/p>\n

This is the 150th Anniversary of our Country, Canada, and is the most appropriate time to honour our young Cadets.<\/p>\n

The following Cadet Units will be receiving this distinct honour, “Freedom of the City”, from the\u00a0City of Saint John:<\/p>\n
