Celebrated annually on the first Wednesday of June, Clean Air Day encourages Canadians to take action to protect the air they breathe. Saint John is one of 50 cities across Canada participating in the day. NB Lung, a non-profit organization that advocates for cleaner air and improved lung health, is leading the way on Clean Air Day in New Brunswick.<\/p>\n

The City of Saint John, NB Lung and Saint John Energy invite the public to visit King\u2019s Square from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on June 7 to hear remarks from officials, learn how Canada\u2019s oldest incorporated city is going green, and how they can help improve air quality and protect public health.<\/p>\n

One of the City\u2019s two electric buses will be parked in King\u2019s Square and open to community members to take an up-close and personal look at the future of Saint John Transit.<\/p>\n
