Applications are now open for the Community Arts\u00a0Board’s Summer\/Fall Artist in Residence Program. The City of Saint John is inviting local artists of all mediums and practices to put their names forward.<\/p>\n

The residency program will partner with Rockwood Park and the Saint John City Market for the summer and fall season, and artists will be offered space in one or both locations to help inform and inspire their work.<\/p>\n

The Artist in Residence Program emphasizes interactive community engagement and encourages applicants to use the\u00a0opportunity to collaborate with the city, all while developing and advancing their artistic practice.<\/p>\n

The program will accept one emerging or mid-career artist, who is a current resident of the City of Saint John.<\/p>\n

The deadline for applications is\u00a0July 7, 2022.<\/p>\n
