Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., by:

1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 1563 M², located at 1360 Old Black River Road, also identified as PID 00340703, from Rural Residential (RR) to Rural Mixed Residential (RMX) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit the placement of a mobile home.
