The City of Saint John is excited to announce the return of our popular Flash Ice Sale, featuring newly released surplus ice rental slots available from January 21 to February 3 at special discounted rates. These coveted time slots can disappear quickly, so whether you’re organizing a birthday celebration, family outing, corporate event, or extra team practice, now is the perfect moment to secure your ice before it’s gone.

Flash Ice Hourly Rates (plus HST)

• Youth Not-for-Profit Groups: $80.89
• Adult Not-for-Profit Groups: $141.57
• For-Profit/Commercial Events: $183.85 Note: Tournaments and fundraisers are not eligible for Flash Ice pricing.

Booking Deadline: Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 12 noon. First come, first served — no holds!

Important Information

• Discount applies only to ice within the two-week window (January 21 – February 3)
• Bookings must be made by the hour
• Insurance coverage is required before confirmation (available through the City’s provider at a nominal cost)
