City of Saint John solid waste customers are advised of the following changes to regular collection schedules December 25, 2025.

Solid Waste customers in the following areas will not have their garbage and compost collected on Christmas Day:

• CRESCENT VALLEY/ OLD NORTH END
• PORTLAND PLACE
• CRANSTON
• MOUNT PLEASANT
• SANDY POINT

Instead, solid waste customers in these areas should place garbage and compost curbside by 7:30am on Saturday, December 27th.

No changes to solid waste collection for Boxing Day (December 26), New Years Eve (December 31), and New Years Day (January 1).
