Proposed Municipal Plan Amendment RE: 0 Summit/Clint Drive/ Portion of PID 00311126

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Municipal Development Plan that would:

  1. Redesignate on Schedule A of the Municipal Development Plan land having an approximate area of 18 hectares identified as a portion of PID 00311126, from Rural Resource Area and Park and Natural Area, to Stable Area, as illustrated below;
  1. Redesignate on Schedule B of the Municipal Development Plan land having an approximate area of 18 hectares identified as a portion of PID 00311126 from Rural Resource and Park and Natural Area to Stable Residential, and extend the boundary of the Primary Development Area (PDA) as illustrated below;

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To extend the existing Low-Rise Residential neighbourhood.  

A public presentation of the proposed amendment will take place at a regular meeting of Common Council, to be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall on Monday, November 17, 2025. Written objections to the proposed amendment may be made to the Council, in care of the undersigned, by Monday, December 17, 2025.
