The Saint John Police are pleased to announce the implementation of our Community Engagement Quick Reaction Team comprised of the following four members: 

• Constable Phil Maher 
• Constable Guillaume Lalonde 
• Constable Ryan Wilson 
• Constable Michelle Bowes 

The focus for the Saint John Police is serving our community to ensure we have a safe, secure, healthy environment for the people who live, work, and visit our city. 

“The implementation of the Quick Reaction Team will allow for a more nimble and flexible option in serving our community while enhancing our visibility, familiarity, and enforcement activity in the uptown business district and Waterloo village area. This team will work in conjunction with other members to do proactive police work and react to specific community needs and issues that arise.” Chief R.M. Bruce
