After 28 years of service, we would like to congratulate Mark Higgins on his recent promotion to Lieutenant of Engine Company 7, on the City’s West Side.
Lieutenant Higgins and his crew protect the communities of Fairville, Lorneville, Martinon, and all areas in between. When on duty he will be responsible for leading the crew with their primary apparatus (Engine 7); as well as Tank 7 which supplies water to fires outside of hydrant areas, our air supply unit which is utilized at fires city-wide, and our Rescue Boat which provides emergency response on the Saint John River system.
