Freedom of the City Ceremony

Mayor Don Darling and Members of Common Council are pleased to invite the public to our bestowing ceremony of the “Freedom of the City”, the City’s highest honour, to our nine local Military Cadet Units.

The ceremony will take place at the City Hall Plaza (foot of King Street in front of City Hall), on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. (1400 hours).
