Winged Tapestries: Moths at Large Exhibition in Saint John until January

Until January 3rd, 2016 visit the New Brunswick Museum at Market Square to view Winged Tapestries: Moths at Large, a travelling exhibition featuring the art of Jim des Rivières, produced by the Canadian Museum of Nature.

Witness the arresting beauty and surprising diversity of moths in a presentation of more than 30 large-format prints by Canadian photographer Jim des Rivières. To create these fascinating, larger-than-life images, des Rivières scans each moth specimen at a very high resolution. The results are spectacular: huge images in which unexpected colours and intricate patterns reveal themselves.

Visitors describe the exhibition as unforgettable.
