Proposed Section 59 Amendment RE:1429 Loch Lomond Road
Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to Section 59 Conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., by:
- Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on December 11, 2023 of the property having an area of approximately 7227 m², located at 1429 Loch Lomond Road, also identified as PID 55244628, to permit 3 storey townhouses.

REASON FOR CHANGE:
To remove the condition limiting the Townhouses to 2 storeys.
