Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider a text amendment to the Zoning Bylaw at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., by:

1. To establish a crematorium use within the Medium Industrial (IM) Zone.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit a standalone crematorium use facility in the Medium Industrial Zone.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
