Temporary Dog Park Opens at Tin Can Beach

The City of Saint John is excited to announce the opening of a temporary off-leash dog park at Tin Can Beach, offering a welcoming space for residents and their furry friends to enjoy.

This initiative was launched in response to the closure of the Rainbow Park Bark Park, which is currently being redeveloped to accommodate a new school. During this transition, the Tin Can Beach location will serve as a safe and enjoyable alternative for dog owners.

Once the school construction is complete, the City plans to re-establish the dog park near its original location in Rainbow Park, ensuring long-term access to off-leash recreation.

Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to improve our community spaces, for both people and pets!
