Motorcycle Safety Campaign – May 27-29, 2022

The Saint John Police will be conducting a Motorcycle Safety Campaign between May 27-29, 2022. The focus of the campaign will be to promote safety and reduce collisions involving motorcycles through education and enforcement.

According to Transport Canada, between 2015-2019, an average of 198 people died each year while operating a motorcycle in Canada.

Over the weekend, traffic management officers will increase motorcycle checks to ensure that riders and motorcycles are meeting the required safety standards.
