Park Place Exciting for Uptown!

An adaptive re-use project of the Canterbury Car Park is the newest city contribution led by Historica Developments. The above rendering is Acre Architects proposed vision for the new ‘Park Place.’ Park Place will be the future home to Picaroons, Real Food Connections, Buckland Merrifield Gallery, and apartments. The design aims to animate the public realm, create a destination area in the historic district and celebrate a sense of place by connecting to both with the history we are familiar with as the car park and the original heritage building.

Certainly exciting news for uptown and Saint John!
